Each affiliate will receive one unique referral code, assigned to one affiliate only and valid for lifetime use.

The unique referral code provides a 10% discount for new customers only and is valid for all paid plans, excluding plans with a free trial.

Affiliates earn a 10% commission from each successfully completed and paid transaction made using their referral code.

Failed payments, cancellations, refunds, and chargebacks are not eligible for commission.

Any commission reversed due to refund or chargeback will be voided or deducted from future payouts.

Commissions will be transferred at the beginning of the following month, subject to a 5% administrative fee.

Self-referrals, fraud, misleading promotions, or unauthorized use of the Perform72 brand are strictly prohibited.

Commissions are tracked via unique referral codes and links; tracking issues caused by cookies or technical limitations are not guaranteed.

All personal information provided by affiliates will be kept confidential and used solely for program administration. Perform72 will not misuse, sell, or share affiliate data with unauthorized third parties.

Perform72 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the affiliate program or affiliate accounts at any time.

All decisions regarding commission validity are final and binding.
