Perform72 Coach Directory – Terms & Conditions

By creating a Coach Profile and joining the Perform72 Coach Directory, you agree to the following terms.

1. The Perform72 Coach Directory

Perform72 is building a global community connecting golfers with golf coaches, including coaches who provide in-person and/or remote online coaching.

Creating and maintaining a profile in the Perform72 Coach Directory is currently FREE.

Your profile may be displayed to Perform72 users and prospective players searching for coaching services.

2. Player Leads

From time to time, Perform72 may introduce you to players who are looking for coaching services.

 

There is no charge simply to receive a lead or introduction.

You are under no obligation to accept a lead.

​

However, if you choose to accept a Perform72-generated lead and engage with that player as a prospective coaching client, you agree to activate a paid Perform72 Coach Account.

3. Three-Month Minimum Subscription

When you accept your first Perform72-generated player lead, you agree to subscribe to the Perform72 Coach Platform for a minimum initial period of three months at the subscription price displayed at that time.

The three-month commitment applies regardless of whether the player ultimately books lessons, continues coaching, or becomes a long-term client.

​

After the initial three-month period, your subscription will continue or terminate in accordance with the subscription terms presented when you activate your account.

4. No Guarantee of Leads or Revenue

Perform72 does not guarantee:

  • any minimum number of player enquiries or leads;

  • that a lead will become a paying coaching client;

  • the quality, suitability or financial value of a lead;

  • any minimum level of coaching income or revenue.
     

The decision to work with a player remains entirely between the coach and the player.

5. Coach Profile Information

You agree to provide accurate and reasonably current information about yourself and your coaching services.

This may include your name, photograph, location, coaching qualifications, experience, specialisms, coaching facilities, availability, pricing, online coaching capability and other relevant information.

​

You authorise Perform72 to display this information within the Perform72 platform, Coach Directory and related Perform72 services for the purpose of helping players discover and contact coaches.

6. Communication From Perform72

By joining the Coach Directory, you agree that Perform72 may contact you regarding the operation of your account and participation in the directory, including:

  • new player leads and enquiries;

  • account and profile notifications;

  • important changes to Perform72 services;

  • subscription and billing information;

  • security and administrative communications.
     

These communications may be necessary to provide the Perform72 Coach Directory service.

7. Marketing, Promotions and Product Updates

Where permitted by applicable law, Perform72 may also send you information about new Perform72 features, promotions, offers, events, partnerships and other products or services that may be relevant to golf coaches.

Where consent is required by law, we will obtain that consent separately.

​

You may unsubscribe from promotional marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe option provided in our marketing emails.

​

Unsubscribing from marketing communications will not prevent you from receiving essential service communications, including player leads, account notifications, security information and subscription communications.

8. Player Information and Privacy

Information about prospective players provided through Perform72 must only be used for the purpose of responding to the relevant coaching enquiry and providing legitimate coaching services.

​

You must not sell, distribute, disclose or use player information for unrelated marketing purposes without the player's appropriate consent.

​

You are responsible for complying with applicable privacy and data-protection laws when handling player information.

9. Coach–Player Relationship

Perform72 provides the platform and introduction between coaches and players.

​

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Perform72 is not a party to the coaching relationship between the coach and player.

​

Coaches remain responsible for their own:

  • coaching services;

  • qualifications and professional requirements;

  • insurance;

  • pricing and payment arrangements;

  • tax obligations;

  • availability;

  • communications with players; and

  • compliance with applicable laws and professional standards.

10. Lead Integrity

Perform72-generated leads are provided for the benefit of coaches participating in the Perform72 ecosystem.

​

A coach must not deliberately use Perform72 to obtain player contact information and then circumvent the requirement to activate a Perform72 Coach Account after accepting a lead.

​

Perform72 reserves the right to suspend or remove a coach from the Coach Directory where we reasonably believe the service is being misused.

11. Directory Status

Perform72 reserves the right to amend, suspend or discontinue the free Coach Directory or change its features in the future.

​

We will provide reasonable notice where a change materially affects participating coaches.

12. Removal From the Directory

You may request removal of your Coach Profile from the Perform72 Coach Directory at any time.

​

Removal from the directory does not cancel or remove any subscription commitment already entered into as a result of accepting a Perform72-generated lead.

13. Changes to These Terms

Perform72 may update these terms from time to time.

​

Where changes materially affect your rights or obligations, we will provide reasonable notice and, where required, request your agreement to the revised terms.

14. Acceptance

By selecting “I Agree – Join the Perform72 Coach Directory”, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Coach Directory Terms & Conditions.

Note:

We will contact you directly if there is a player or lead who would like to connect with you.

Any further communication or connection will be subject to the terms and conditions outlined above.
