Affiliate Program – Terms & Conditions

  • Each affiliate will receive one unique referral code, assigned to one affiliate only and valid for lifetime use.

  • The unique referral code provides a 10% discount for new customers only and is valid for all paid plans, excluding plans with a free trial.

  • Affiliates earn a 10% commission from each successfully completed and paid transaction made using their referral code.

  • Failed payments, cancellations, refunds, and chargebacks are not eligible for commission.

  • Any commission reversed due to refund or chargeback will be voided or deducted from future payouts.

  • Commissions will be transferred at the beginning of the following month, subject to a 5% administrative fee.

  • Self-referrals, fraud, misleading promotions, or unauthorized use of the Perform72 brand are strictly prohibited.

  • Commissions are tracked via unique referral codes and links; tracking issues caused by cookies or technical limitations are not guaranteed.

  • All personal information provided by affiliates will be kept confidential and used solely for program administration. Perform72 will not misuse, sell, or share affiliate data with unauthorized third parties.

  • Perform72 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the affiliate program or affiliate accounts at any time.

  • All decisions regarding commission validity are final and binding.
